We are recruiting for a House Manager for our stunning new retirement development for the over 60s in Stratford Upon Avon.

We are looking for someone who:
✅ Has excellent customer service skills
✅ Extremely organised
✅ Computer literate
✅ Positive and professional with a ‘can do’ approach

The role includes:
▪️Management of the building and ensuring immaculate presentation at all times
▪️Organising social events for the homeowners including coffee mornings, afternoon tea, film nights etc
▪️Welcoming customers into the development and assisting with settling them in
▪️Assisting with sales on the development for open days and events and conducting viewings for re-sale apartments

This is a Monday - Friday role with a competitive salary, a bonus scheme and commission.

We are looking for someone ASAP so please contact us for more information.
