Yep, you can have your very own Secret Sauna Club sauna in your garden for a whole week. 👀

We’ve done a fair few private hires already, and honestly, it’s a pretty brilliant way to do it at your own pace.

Perfect for birthdays, getting friends together, wellness weekends, celebrations,or my favourite... just because you fancy having a sauna at home for a few days.

🔥 Ready to use in around 30 minutes
🪵 Wood-fired stove + starter supply of wood

We're keeping these local to roughly 10 miles from Ilkeston for now, which means more time enjoying the sauna and less time with me driving up and down the country! 😂

Amazing atmosphere at as they put on a Wilne 10k after party.

Food, coffee, b**r, yoga and Sauna....what more could you ask for 🙏.

Well done to all of those who ran today, I heard some incredible times, but I also heard lots of firsts 💪🎉.

Met some great people, stroked lot of dogs... Don't tell Pep 👀😂.

Wilne 10k after party + sauna & cold plunge at Forum 👀

I’ll be bringing Secret Sauna Club down to Forum Speciality Coffee this Sunday for the Wilne 10k after party.

I’ll be there 11am–2pm, with the sauna and cold plunge completely FREE to jump in and have a go.
(Check in with me first 🙏)

Whether you’ve just finished the 10k and fancy some proper post-run recovery, or you just want to come and chill out for a bit with a bunch of absolute legends, come say hello.

No booking needed. Just turn up and get in if there’s space.

If you fancy a go, bring:
• Swimwear
• 2 towels
• Flip flops

There’ll be food, coffee and drinks from Forum too, so make a morning of it.

Hearing the crackle of the wood fired stove and seeing the gentle glow of the flame casti
on the sauna walls has to be one of my favourite things I've ever experienced.

Sauna season is starting to come to life and I'm really happy about it.

The kids are just about to go back to school.

Cosy sauna season feels like it's nearly upon us, and I love it.

Nothing beats watching the whole vibe change as the sun sets on our evening sessions.

The window in our sauna is just as important as the stove for me 😍.

Set up with me Pt.1

Did you know it takes 2 hours to get set up and to temperature for your session?

I've got it down to a fine art now, but it's all go go go until I get water filling that tub, and fire in that stove. Then I can take my time keeping the sauna clean and fresh for you every session while it heats up.
