💐 Happy Retirement, Heather! 💐

Today we said a very fond farewell to our wonderful ANP Heather as she officially retired after an incredible 23 years with the practice. ❤️

Heather will be a familiar face to so many of you and we know many of our patients are incredibly fond of her. Over the years she has been a huge part of our practice and has shared in the journeys of countless patients, families, colleagues and visitors.

Her kindness, care and dedication have meant so much to us all. After 23 years of looking after others it’s now time for Heather to enjoy a very well-deserved retirement!

We’re sure she won’t be putting her feet up for too long! There’ll be plenty of time spent out on her bike 🚴‍♀️ enjoying new adventures and making special memories with her fabulous family

Thankfully it isn’t quite goodbye! We’re delighted that Heather has agreed to come back and join us for some locum shifts in the future. So you may still spot a familiar face around the practice from time to time. 😊

Heather, thank you for everything you have given to the practice and our community over the last 23 years. You will be greatly missed and we wish you every happiness as you begin this exciting new chapter.

Here’s to retirement, family time, bike rides and plenty of adventures ahead! 🥂🚴‍♀️❤️

Our Phone System is Changing

From Thursday 10th July, we will be using a new telephone system. Our telephone number will remain the same, but you will notice a new recorded greeting and menu options when you call.

Our new system includes a call-back service . If you choose this option, your place in the queue will be held and we will automatically call you back when you reach the front of the queue.

Please ensure when using the call-back option that you keep your telephone nearby and are available to answer when we call.

Please note that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls are recorded for training, quality and monitoring purposes.

Are you supporting for someone in the Highland Council area? A family member, friend, neighbour, or someone in your community - who could not manage without your support? Do you take them to appointments, take them shopping, handle their medications? You might not think of yourself as a carer, but if someone relies on your support to get through the day, you may be an unpaid carer.

You’re not alone - and there is support available.
