Our Phone System is Changing

From Thursday 10th July, we will be using a new telephone system. Our telephone number will remain the same, but you will notice a new recorded greeting and menu options when you call.

Our new system includes a call-back service . If you choose this option, your place in the queue will be held and we will automatically call you back when you reach the front of the queue.

Please ensure when using the call-back option that you keep your telephone nearby and are available to answer when we call.

Please note that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls are recorded for training, quality and monitoring purposes.

You might not think of yourself as a carer, but if someone relies on your support to get through the day, you may be an unpaid carer.
