🤝 Teamwork in Action at Grafton! 🤝

Our residents enjoyed a fun partner challenge this week. Working in pairs, they held one hand together while using their free hands to unravel a tightly crushed ball of paper.

The activity encouraged teamwork, communication, and plenty of laughter, with everyone enjoying the challenge and celebrating their success together! 😊

Our ladies and gents at Grafton enjoyed a creative afternoon designing beautiful summer dresses using colourful paper! 🌞👗

There were lots of bright colours, imaginative designs, and plenty of smiles as everyone expressed their creativity. Activities like these are a wonderful way to encourage social interaction, fine motor skills, and most importantly, have fun together.

A huge congratulations and happy retirement to our wonderful housekeeper, Monica.

Although Monica was only with us for just under three years, she made an incredible impact on everyone at Grafton. She was one of the kindest, most dedicated members of our team, always going above and beyond for both residents and staff. Her warmth, compassion, and willingness to help made her loved by everyone who knew her.

While we are sad to see her retire from her role, her commitment to Grafton is so strong that she has chosen to continue coming in each week as a volunteer, spending time with residents and supporting activities.

Monica is truly one of a kind, and she will be greatly missed by residents and staff alike. Thank you for everything you have done, Monica, and we wish you a long, happy, and well-deserved retirement. ❤️
