Welcome back gorgeous souls!

I have been busy creating a somatic corner so that we can do some yoga stretches or use some resistance bands to help move the feelings through the body.

This will also be a great place for my children with ADHD to use the ball to sit on or we can roll it while talking to eachother.

Not forgetting those clients who just need a moment of stillness who can rest and ground on the yoga mat and feel supported by the earth when the world feels too much.

I see you and will forever try and support you in the ways that I know that I can.

Sending love always ✨️

....And that's a wrap!

5 weeks of a reduced timetable to fill up my own cup before the autumn term.

I decided to treat myself to a last minute night in a gorgeous hotel by the water to end my summer holidays. What amazing places we have in the UK that offer so much!

I always love weekends away to visit my friends around the UK. I have had a lot of social time this summer so felt like i needed to balance it out with a little alone time.

What have you been doing this summer to recharge?

I look forward to welcoming back all of my clients this week.

Sending love to you all ❤️

As summer slowly comes to an end, we begin to find our way back to routines.

For some, this brings a sense of comfort and structure. For others, change can feel unsettling. There may be excitement, worry, sadness or relief.

Whatever you're feeling is okay. 💛

There is no need to rush straight back into everything.

Take it gently.
One morning at a time.
One routine at a time.
One day at a time.

And remember, routines don't have to be perfect to be helpful. A little predictability, a little rest, and a little room to breathe can go a long way. 🌿

Here's to a gentle transition into the season ahead.

Congratulations to all of my clients and young people who have recieved their A-level and GCSE results in the last 2 weeks.

Sometimes it takes someone else believing in us when we can't anymore, to reflect back to us that we can keep going whatever hurdles are thrown our way.

Being able to even sit exams when struggling with our mental health, is an achievement in itself.

Well done for turning up, whatever the results are, it doesn't matter.

Sending love ❤️

🌕 Sturgeon Moon (August)

The Sturgeon Moon reminds us that strength is often built through patience.

Not everything arrives quickly. Some of the most meaningful things in life take time, persistence, and quiet trust.

✨ What are you learning to be patient with?

🌾 LAMMAS

The first harvest.

Lughnasadh asks us to reflect on what our efforts have brought forth.
Not everything grows at the same pace — and that’s okay.

What can you acknowledge, honour, or celebrate today?
Your work matters, even when it feels unfinished. 🌻

Happy Summer Holiday, beautiful souls!

What a year that was...

I have witnessed so many incredible journeys and held so many hands and hearts, as they have navigated this world's most difficult challenges.

Cwtch-Therapy has grown and in the 3x years since she was born has been in 3 x different premises. I'm hoping for more stability in both the academic and lunar start to the year for my face to face clients.

I have hired the brilliant Sophie Buckley
Who has been helping me behind the scenes with admin and a lot of these brilliant Instagram posts.

Walking therapy has taken off in 2 x locations so both Selsley common and Nailsworth- Stroud cycle path.

EFT has been a blessing for all of my gorgeous parents who are with me online and for my Young People and I have absolutely loved using this method to compliment counselling and psychotherapy.

I will be looking in September to expand body work and do an art therapy refresher to spring some more energy and tools into the new year.

Time for me to have a little rest and celebrate my birthday with friends and then will be back after my holiday.

Lots of love gorgeous souls ✨️

The amazing Frida Kahlo exhibition!

What an incredibly fascinating woman... it was wonderful to experience her for the extraordinary life she led for the second time.

I was lucky enough to visit her home in Mexico when I was 19 and to see this almost double that time again. It just proves how much she still inspires and has been a big part of my journey as an adult.

Her marriage was unconventional and even though she divorced only 2 x years in, they stayed together for most of their lives.

My life has never been very conventional and can see in my clients how hard the pressures of society can be..

If this can inspire you to do anything, I think it is to stay on your own beautiful path and never compare. You never know what gorgeous art of life will be made x

Such an incredible exhibition at YSP about native Americans and how their voices have been stolen through years of war and land being taken.

This is why I love art so much as it is such an incredibly educational tool. For the creators who made the emotive work to express themselves, the curators who made this amazing exhibition possible by bringing all of these art works together through to all of those who are lucky enough to witness it.

It felt incredibly powerful and also very sad on how much humans can hurt other humans for no logical reason except greed.

Where do you go to expand your mind?

I highly recommend this if anyone is going to be in Yorkshire anytime soon!

🦌 Buck Moon

The Buck Moon reminds us that growth can feel uncomfortable.

Just as a stag grows new antlers each year, we too are constantly changing, learning, and becoming.

Growth isn't about being perfect—it's about being willing to keep going.

✨ Where have you grown, even if it hasn't felt easy?
