My client and I were both blown away by these results...
I don't normally share before & after photos, but both my client and I were so surprised by this result that she kindly gave me permission to share it.
She had been struggling with persistent, inflamed
acne.
She came in for a 60-minute full-body lymphatic drainage treatment, which includes massage to arms, legs, back and stomach. I did not touch her face.
Photo 1: Before her treatment.
Photo 2: Immediately after her treatment.
The following day, she messaged me to say the improvement had continued, and her skin still looked calmer.
So why might this have happened?
Reduced inflammation β Lymphatic drainage may help reduce inflammation throughout the body, which can make acne appear less red and swollen.
Reduced fluid retention β Supporting lymphatic flow may help decrease puffiness, allowing the skin to look calmer and clearer.
Deep relaxation β Massage activates the body's "rest and digest" response. Stress can contribute to inflammation, so feeling helping her to relax may of had a positive effect on the skin.
Improved circulation β Healthy blood flow helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the skin, supporting a healthier complexion.
It's important to say that lymphatic drainage is not treatment for acne, and I can't say for certain that it made this improvement.
This is simply one client's experience, but it was such a remarkable change that myself and my client wanted to share.
Every body responds differently to treatments, but moments like these are a wonderful reminder of how connected our body's systems really are.
