Enjoy Your Life Hypnotherapy & Coaching

Enjoy Your Life Hypnotherapy & Coaching Helping people fall back in love with their lives! Because surviving isn’t enough and you deserve more than just getting by.

You deserve to feel alive, connected and hopeful about the future. Are you ready to rediscover your spark? I work with people who have been suffering from stress and anxiety and who feel they have lost their way in life. My clients often say to me that they don't know how they got to this place in their life. They know they aren't happy there but they don't know what to do to make things better. I

help my clients to get back control of their lives, help them to regain their confidence and realise that the future holds so much more for them. What sets me apart from other health care professionals is that I use a solution focused approach. I only focus on the future and how we can achieve positive outcomes rather than raking back through the past. I use a simple 5 step process which can turn people's lives around in as little as 6 weeks. I help them to understand why they are suffering the way they are, help them to set positive goals for the future, identify and undo any negative behaviour patterns that may be holding them back, create positive new behaviour patterns and habits and then lock those in for permanent change. If you would like to find out how you can get your life back on track call me now on 07729 801 247 to book a free consultation.

🌿 A Moment in Nature 🌿

Each week, I'll be sharing a moment in nature with you — an invitation to join me in some calm time.

With the heat we're expecting today and tomorrow in the UK, I wanted to bring you somewhere cooler. This was filmed a few months back on my evening walk — a field of wheat, moving in waves in the breeze, birdsong carrying across it.

Find somewhere comfortable, somewhere you won't be disturbed, and give yourself a minute of calm.

Volume on for this one. Slow your breathing. Listen for the wheat moving in the wind, and the birds calling somewhere beyond it. Let it carry you somewhere cooler, just for a moment.

I'm good at starting things. Genuinely good at it — new projects, new ideas, new ways of working.

But somewhere close to the finish, before the thing I've built toward actually arrives, I often find the energy that got me there has already gone.

This year I noticed the same pattern show up somewhere unexpected — my own vegetable garden. I planted, watered, fed and checked everything daily. Then, right as the harvest was ready, I stopped. The birds got the strawberries before I did.

New article is up, on what that's taught me about finishing, not just starting. Link in comments 👇

Your Brain is Not Broken

Maybe you've spent years trying to be more organised. Less forgetful. Less "all or nothing." Exhausted from masking just to keep up.

You've wondered if you're lazy, or flaky — when actually, you're overwhelmed, trying to live in a world that wasn't built for how your brain works.

Like me, many of my clients are neurodivergent, or suspect they might be. Often, that's left them feeling like they've already failed at therapy — because the tools they were given weren't built with brains like theirs in mind.

Working together, we stop asking "how do I fix myself?" and start asking "what does your brain actually need to thrive?"

We use solution focused hypnotherapy to ease the shame and quiet the inner critic, alongside practical coaching to redesign your routines, boundaries and self-care around how you actually function best.

If you're tired of forcing yourself to be someone you're not, my free Discovery Call could be a gentle first step.

Book through my website, or send me a message.

So much of the self help, therapy and coaching world is built around fixing ourselves.

You notice something about yourself, and the assumption is: now, change it.

I spent years trying to force myself into rest. Trying to find stillness in the way I thought everyone else did.

But it never worked. Because I have a busy brain.

And I didn't need to fix it. I needed to understand it.

A herd of deer. Twenty minutes of just watching.

And an insight that had been sitting with me for days, arriving on the walk home.

I used to think I was bad at resting.

Turns out I was just trying to rest the way everyone else does, instead of the way that actually works for me.

A Moment in Nature

Each week, I'll be sharing a moment in nature with you — an invitation to join me in some calm time.

It's been dry here for weeks now — like most of the UK, I've caught myself checking the sky more than usual, willing it to rain.

This week's two minutes is a bit of wishful thinking. Raindrops landing on the river, filmed last year — back when rain wasn't something the whole country was hoping for.

Find somewhere comfortable, somewhere you won't be disturbed, and give yourself two minutes of calm.

Slow your breathing. Focus on the sound of the rain meeting the water. Let it carry your worrying, anxious thoughts along with it, just for a moment.

My clients usually come to me hoping for answers. The fix that will solve everything for them.

After 13 years of holding space for people, I’ve learnt something different. My role isn’t to fix them, or hand them solutions. It’s to guide them toward their own moments of insight — to help them formulate their own answers.

I use my own inner compass and wisdom to help them find theirs.

That’s so much more powerful.

And like many of my clients, I still remember those big insight moments. New article — link in the comments 👇

I spent years searching for the next shiny object. The next ten-step programme promising the answer — to health, to wealth, to a work life balance that finally worked.

It started when I was deep in the exhaustion of post viral M.E., searching for any way out of the hole I was stuck in. Every solution I found handed me a mountain I didn't have the energy to climb.

Then I found a book that introduced me to a different idea. That I already carried my own inner compass — my own way of finding solutions, ones that worked for me.

It didn't fix everything overnight. I still got pulled toward plenty more shiny objects after that. But slowly, I got better at hearing the inner signals — the little grumbles that told me something wasn't right for me, even before I could explain why.

This is the work I love doing with my clients now. Not handing them someone else's ten-step programme. Helping them tune into their own inner compass instead.

You Push Through The Anxiety Every Time. But At What Cost?

You don't let anxiety stop you. You never have.

The presentation, the event, the difficult conversation — you show up anyway. You push through, get it done, and from the outside, it looks like you've got this.

Nobody sees what it actually costs you to get there.

The anxiety doesn't go away just because you've overridden it.

It's still there, every time — the same fight, the same effort, just to do the things other people seem to do without thinking twice.

You're not struggling because you're doing the wrong thing. You're struggling because you're constantly at war with yourself just to do it at all.

That battle is exhausting, even when you win it every time.

Working with me is different. The goal isn't to fight the anxiety harder. It's to create the internal conditions where you don't have to fight it in the first place.

Through solution-focused hypnotherapy, coaching and mentoring, I help you understand what's actually driving the anxiety, and build an inner environment where you can do the things you want to do — without the battle every single time.

If this sounds like you, I offer a free Discovery Call — a chance to explore what's going on, and what support might actually help.

Comment "DISCOVERY" below, or send me a message, and I'll send you the link to book.

A Moment in Nature

Our minds are so busy.

There’s always so much to think about — some of it good, plenty of it worry, plenty of it “what if.”

Many of my clients say to me, “Caroline, I wish I could just have some peace inside my mind.”

We live with brains that love to think. Expecting total quiet isn’t realistic. But giving your brain small moments of rest — that is.

So each week, I’ll be sharing a moment in nature with you — an invitation to join me in some calm time.

This one’s a precious memory for me — a river fed by snowmelt off the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, filmed on a visit a couple of years ago. That water is cold, I promise you (of course I paddled my feet in it to test it!).

Find somewhere comfortable, somewhere you won’t be disturbed, and give yourself two minutes of calm.

Slow your breathing. Focus on the sound of the water. Let it carry your worrying, anxious thoughts along with it, just for a moment.
