Not enough research is done about how reflexology affects the brain and body. We need more of this for it to become more mainstream and less seen as “woo woo”

This couldn’t be truer 👇🏼🫶🏼

I see this all the time, especially on first treatments. Clients feel like they might not relax fully. I totally understand, it can be daunting coming into the treatment room with someone you haven’t met before but usually within the first 15 minutes deep relaxation sets in and the rest is history.

Reflexology is an amazing way to get some much needed deep restorative relaxation so the mind and body can switch off. It’s completely your time, no one else to think about, nothing to do, just BE 💛

This is what I love about my job, giving people a safe space to fully relax ☺️

New exciting times ahead! After years of building my wellness business in the evenings I’m now able to offer two full days in the week.

A dream coming true 💛

I am offering traditional reflexology, facial reflexology and reiki (and yoga nidra shortly). Combination treatments are really popular at the moment. This gives my clients extra time for deep relaxation and rebalancing.

Can’t wait to be spending more time helping others with this amazing work I get the privilege of doing 🙏🏼
