Back on the 26th we celebrated our 40th anniversary of the group 😍❤️

All members old and new and members that used to come were invited to celebrate 🥂

A big thank you to The Maldon Grey for giving us another safe space for our members to come together.
Having a fenced off area for some of our members that can't keep still and are a flight risk is essential for them to be able to come and enjoy the night. But also so their parents or caregivers aren't constantly on edge to and can also enjoy the evening ❤️
So that means the world to us 😍🥰 Thank you ❤️

The music was a hit and for my client who doesn't want to engage with others too much but then gets bored it was a hit! Lots of happy head bobbing ❤️

Such an amazing busy evening!

And of course thank you to Alan, Steve, Bridget, Lyn, Liz and family who worked so hard either cooking, serving or in the tombola 😍❤️
The evening couldn't go ahead without you all ❤️

And of course Ambers cakes which are super scrumptious 😍❤️
And she even makes a gluten and dairy free cake for us too 😁

On good Friday we had an amazing time ❤️

We did our annual sponsored walk this year for sporting memories for people with dementia ❤️

We had some non members join us too which was lovey 😍❤️ the more the merrier.

We had l such a laugh and then a lovely picnic before the walk back to the start.

We walked 5miles!!

A big well done to everyone❤️
But a special big well done for Niamh who struggles with walking but managed to do it at her pace ❤️👊 go Niamh!

Thank you everyone and the carers who were in good spirits keeping everyone in a good mood with some music and laughter ❤️

Good morning everyone 😍

Just a reminder that a week in Friday (good Friday) we are doing our sponsored walk 😍

Meeting outside the kingfisher leisure center.

Starting at 1030 so please get there 5 or so mins before.

Please bring your pack lunch's as we stop off and melford country park for lunch and a rest and then walk back.

Non members are welcome, friends family etc we look forward to seeing you all ❤️

Good morning 🙂

I think almost all of our members are hopefully aware now that we have had to change venues for our Christmas meal on the 4th due to old management leaving at the c**k and bell and no one getting back to us.
We are now at The maldon grey ❤️ thank you for having us.

There have had to be some slight menu changes due to the change.

Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and see you in the new year 😍❤️
