✨ 7‑Year Anniversary ✨
Today marks seven years since I started my business — and what a journey it’s been. Two of those years were spent closed because of Covid, and there were moments I genuinely wondered if I’d ever make it through.

Running a business built around such a unique treatment hasn’t been easy. It’s not something people instantly understand, and getting the message out there has taken resilience, patience, and a whole lot of heart.

But I’m still here.
Still growing.
Still helping people.
Still doing what I love.

I would never have thought I’d be standing here seven years later, but I am — and that’s thanks to every single person who has supported me, trusted me, shared my work, or simply believed in what I do.

Here’s to the next chapter.
Stronger, clearer, and more determined than ever.

Yesterday we went to support Sean… only for Sean’s opponent to vanish like he’d seen the future and didn’t like it.

But even without the fight, it was an absolute pleasure watching his son Louis step in and give it everything.

He didn’t get the win this time, but his determination was unreal — you could see the grit, the heart, and the fire.

Louis is definitely one to watch… the kind of fighter who learns fast, grows faster, and comes back twice as sharp.

Big love to the Stand & Bang crew and everyone who showed up.
