You can book through the NHS app or NHS website and choose Cleadon Village Pharmacy as your vaccination site.

You may be eligible if you are:

• 65 years or over
• pregnant
• aged 18–64 with certain health conditions
• living in a residential care home
• an eligible carer
• living with someone who is immunosuppressed
• an eligible frontline social care worker
• living with a learning disability
• experiencing homelessness

🦠 covid-19 vaccine

The autumn 2026 NHS covid-19 vaccine is available if you are:

• 75 years or over
• living in a care home for older adults
• aged 6 months or over and immunosuppressed

🕘 vaccination clinic times

09:30 – 13:00
14:00 – 17:00

🚶 walk-ins are welcome too!

No appointment? No problem — you can come into the pharmacy during our clinic hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our Spring booster programme starts today 🌼

You’re eligible if you are:
✔️ Aged 75 or over
✔️ Immunosuppressed

🚶‍♀️ No appointment needed – just walk in!

Clinic opening times:
🕘 Monday to Friday
• 09:30 – 13:00
• 14:00 – 17:00

🗓️ We have an extra clinic on Saturday 18th April, 09:00 – 12:00

Due to a large influx of prescriptions over the new year and the recent weather conditions, we are under extra pressure with our deliveries.

Where possible, please give us a call if you are able to pop into the pharmacy to pick your prescription to help us save deliveries for our housebound and most vulnerable patients where possible
