They’ll still turn up for work.
Still look after their family.

Every Sunday morning a group of blokes turn up for a workout.

But Lads Club isn’t really about the workout.

It’s about having people around you.

A place where nobody cares what shape you’re in, what you do for work, how much you lift or what’s going on in your life.

Just good lads getting a bit of graft in, having a coffee afterwards and putting the world to rights.

Because men’s mental wellbeing isn’t built from one big conversation.

It’s built through community.
It’s built through routine.
It’s built through showing up.
It’s built through knowing you’ve got people in your corner.
