This is NOT South Tyneside Council Telecare.
Please be cautious about allowing anyone into your home if you’re unsure who they are.
✅ If you receive a call or visit and want to check it’s genuine, please contact our Telecare team directly on 0191 455 5523 before letting anyone in.

Your safety is important – if something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and double-check.

Our lovely Victoria has worked at Westhome Care Services for 3 years now and has provided her service users with the absolute best care.

Her service users are so thankful for her care and support, we receive many compliments about her hard work. Victoria is also a fantastic team player and always helping out when she can.

Look at this wonderful picture one of our amazing service users drew of our care staff.

This service user has learning difficulties and our staff support and prompt him with every day tasks.

We just know he makes our staff smile just as much as they make him smile.

Laura Kirtley!

We are very lucky to have the Lovely Laura working here at Westhome. Laura is an excellent member of staff that works incredibly hard picking up extra shifts and calls when she can – she is a star team player! Especially lately, she really has helped a lot.

Not only this but all of Laura’s service users are always thankful for her love, care and support.

David Hill !

David is a fantastic carer who has worked here for many years.

He is a quiet man who keeps his head down and gets on with his role. His service users absolutely love him, and we just know how much they all are thankful for his care and support. We receive so many compliments about his excellent work, for example a recent compliment…

Chantelle Palmer!

Chantelle is one of our amazing supervisors and has worked here at Westhome for many years.

She has worked hard as a carer worker, supervisor and supports in the office and with our oncall, she works so hard in her role and often receives compliment for her high standard of care from her service users. She also assists our care staff and is always there to support when needed.

Not only is Chantelle working hard in all these areas, but she is also completing her Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma.

Chantelle is a fantastic employee, and we are very proud to have her working here.
