Its not Fine dining every night in expensive restaurants, its not eating the best quality foods all of the time, Its about finding great deals on dining at home or in a restaurant, cafe, or even takeaways, it is infact a person who seeks new food experiences as a hobby instead of simply eating out of convenience or hunger.
