£6 for beginners and improvers Iyengar yoga
Also Thursdays at st michaels community centre stannington grove.

Would you like to try Qi Gong ..its a low cost (£6) class at Tesco Community room .Tesco extra Newcastle Road , Friday mornings 10am . Small class , very friendly suitable for everybody . You need nothing but yourself ( although a mat is handy ) and the intention to give yourself an hour to relax and heal using these gentle movements, body, breath and mind.

Low cost (£6), iyengar yoga for beginners and improvers ....just bring a mat ,and enjoy. ( i have mats if you dont have one😁).
Lots of free parking ..aircon ...not part of the gym no membership required , Community room is downstairs by the lifts xx
