Just to let you know that Peter will be on holiday from Monday the 7th of September to Thursday the 17th of September 🌞 We are delighted that Andy Heywood (Peter’s Chiropractor) will be offering cover in his absence, here at the practice, on the afternoons of Monday the 7th and Monday the 14th of September. He may also be able to see you at his practice in Jarrow if you require an emergency adjustment.

Looking for a fun (and free!) activity for the kids this summer? 🏏☀️

The Durham Cricket Foundation, with support from Accenture and the ECB, is offering FREE one-day and two-day cricket holiday camps for children aged 5–11 throughout the summer holidays.

These sessions are a fantastic introduction to cricket through the All Stars Cricket and Dynamos Cricket programmes, and include a free lunch. Best of all, they're completely free (normally around £50)!

With 20+ courses available across the North East, it's a great opportunity to keep children active, make new friends, and try something new.

Eligibility:
🏏 Children must live in the local area of the cricket club they attend.
🏏 They must not already be a regular playing member of that club.

If you're looking for a great summer activity for your child, this is well worth checking out!
