Relax and replenish offer treatment in massage therapy, working with tight or tense muscle tissue or simply just for relaxation purposes. Deep tissue massage is also available as we aim to remove the build up of lactic acid and toxins that build up in the body. Massage will aid the healing of injuries such as back strain, tight hamstrings, deltoid injuries (shoulder), and tightness in the trapezius and neck region.

Supporting with a sponsorship package has been an absolute pleasure, she turns up for every appointment and gives absolutely 100% to her training, nutrition and recovery and I'm happy to be part of the team 🙌 looking forward to catching up with her on Wednesday for her weekly treatment.

I'll be travelling down to Bolton to watch her next fight if anyone would like to join me get in touch and I'll sort accommodation and tickets for the 12th of September 🙏

Barely any sleep last night I'm absolutely shattered this morning but I still jumped up and got the dog out before it gets too warm. What a beautiful morning to get some steps in🌞 busy afternoon of clients today then that's me closed for a week I'll post my availability when I'm home I'm really looking forward to a total switch off..

As always if you hurt yourself or need any treatment while I'm away will look after you till I'm back see you all when in back 🙌
