📢 ADDITIONAL WALK-IN FLU & COVID VACCINATION CLINIC 💉💙

Our saturday morning vaccination clinic for 17th October (7am–9am) is now fully booked, so we’ve arranged an additional walk-in clinic for the same day to give eligible patients another opportunity to get vaccinated! 😊

🎀 OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 🎀

💗 Know the signs. Early detection saves lives.

Breast cancer can affect anyone, at any age. Knowing what’s normal for your body and recognising changes early can make a real difference.

🔎 Look out for:
💕 A lump or thickening in the breast or armpit
💕 Changes in breast size, shape or appearance
💕 Ni**le changes, including pulling in or discharge
💕 Dimpling or puckering of the skin
💕 Redness, a rash or unusual warmth
💕 Persistent pain in the breast or armpit

✨ Know your normal. Check your breasts regularly.

If you notice any unusual changes, please contact us, Sutterton Surgery, as soon as possible. Don’t wait for your next routine screening appointment if you have concerns.

📢 UPDATE – OUR INTERNET IS BACK! 🎉

We’re pleased to let you know that our internet connection is finally back up and running! 🙌🏼💻

This means our clinical and administrative systems should be back up and working from Tuesday morning. 🖥️✅

However, we do have a large backlog of work to catch up on following the disruption over the last couple of days. We’re working hard to get everything back up to date, but we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while our team works through everything.

📞 Unfortunately, our phone lines are still not working. We’re continuing to work with BT to get these restored as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and support during what has been a very challenging few days for our team.

📢 CURRENT UPDATE – PHONES & INTERNET 📢

We’re really sorry to have to ask for your continued patience, but unfortunately we are still without our phones and internet following today’s outage. 😔

BT have advised that an engineer is due to attend tomorrow between 8am and 1pm, so unfortunately our phone lines and internet may remain unavailable until this has been resolved.

The surgery will be OPEN AS USUAL tomorrow Friday 28th. 💙
If you have an appointment, please attend as normal unless we contact you directly.

We appreciate how frustrating and inconvenient this has been, and we’re so sorry for any disruption caused. It has been a particularly difficult day for everyone, but our amazing team have worked incredibly hard throughout and have been fantastic. 👏🏼
