💙 Getting Ready for Father's Day 💙
There has been lots of creativity, laughter and conversation at Marian House this week as everyone has been busy making beautiful Father's Day rosettes.
Not only have we been celebrating fathers but our lovely ladies also wanted to create special rosettes for the father figures and special men who have made a difference in their lives. It has been wonderful to hear the memories and stories shared while everyone worked together.
Moments like these remind us that family, friendship, and appreciation come in many forms. It's always nice to take time to celebrate the people who mean so much to us 💖
We would also like to remind everyone that we are looking forward to our Afternoon Tea Party on 21st July ☕🍰

🐾 Woof Wednesday with Basil 🐾
After careful consideration, Basil decided to spend the morning supervising from a comfortable spot and keeping an eye on all the goings-on at Marian House.
While there are no extra roles on Basil's agenda today, he remains fully committed to his most important responsibility: providing cuddles, companionship and plenty of tail wags whenever needed ❤️
We hope Basil's relaxed approach reminds everyone to take a moment to enjoy the little things and appreciate the people around us.

A lovely morning in the garden at Marian House 🌼🌿
Mr O has been busy planting up pots and hanging baskets, adding plenty of colour and beauty to our outdoor spaces ready for everyone to enjoy 🌸🪴
While out in the garden, we also had a special visitor to check on – Mommy Pigeon, who is safely settled on her nest 🕊️🥚
We look forward to watching the flowers bloom and keeping an eye on our feathered friend in the weeks ahead 💚

🏐 Ball Games Afternoon at Marian House 🏐
There was plenty of fun, laughter and friendly competition this afternoon as residents enjoyed a variety of ball games, including throwing, catching, and teamwork challenges.
Activities like these are a fantastic way to keep active, improve coordination and most importantly, have fun together.
A wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, movement, and great company 😊👏

🎉 Congratulations to Misbah on achieving the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care qualification 🎉
A fantastic achievement that reflects dedication, commitment, and a tremendous amount of hard work!!
This journey included completing assignments, conducting meetings, delivering presentations and consistently striving for excellence.
As a Deputy Manager, Misbah has demonstrated outstanding leadership and a passion for providing high-quality care. This qualification is a well-deserved recognition of that effort and professionalism.

Today marks Martha's final day of work experience at Marian House 🌸💐🍫
Flowers, cards, chocolates and many heartfelt words as we celebrate Martha's time with us. Martha has become such a valued part of our Marian House family, bringing kindness, dedication, warmth and a smile that brightened the days of both residents and staff alike 💖
Martha's cards to Sarah, the team and those that we care for, are filled with touching words that truly reflected the special bonds she has built during her time here. She will be greatly missed by everyone.
It has been an absolute pleasure to have Martha with us for so many months and we are incredibly grateful for all she has contributed 💝
We are so proud of everything she has achieved and know she has a bright future ahead of her.
From all of us at Marian House, we wish Martha every success, happiness, and fulfilment in whatever comes next. Thank you Martha, for being such a wonderful part of our journey ❤️

Today our gliders finally took to the skies after yesterday's building session. There were some impressive flights, a few unexpected detours, and plenty of laughter along the way 🤣
