We're very sorry, but we have an IT outage that is being suffered nationally , we are having to temporarily suspend our triage system for the moment .
We are completely without our usual clinical systems due to on going IT/network problem. Continuing to run full triage or clinical sessions without safe access to records and prescribing systems poses an unacceptable safety risk to our patients.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent advice please contact NHS 111.
As soon as possible we will restore triage and clinical sessions . Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. SVGP

🏥Meningitis Helpline is Now Available 🏥

A patient helpline, run by UKHSA is now available.
Patients can call 0344 225 3861, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, if they have no symptoms but are concerned they have been in contact with a confirmed case or have a general enquiry.

If you are concerned you have symptoms of Meningitis please attend A+E urgently

Due to unforeseen circumstances the surgery will be closed today. Triage will remain open and monitored. If you are due to run out of medication today or over the weekend please triage this request and your prescription can be sent via EPS to a pharmacy.

Due to unforseen circumstances we have had to close the surgery from 1pm, online triage will remain open as normal, the surgery we reopen Friday 6th February at 8am.

Due to the national IT outage yesterday we are experiencing a large backlog of online triage requests, we will be prioritising all emergency and urgent ones first. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, thank you for your understanding and support.

GP practices within Kent and Medway are currently experiencing a national computer outage including our practice . We have limited access to to our system.

Due to ongoing water issues in Sutton Valence and the surrounding areas, we are unable to run business as usual. We will have staff operating reception and phone services, as well as the dispensary and medication collections.

Some face - to - face pre-scheduled appointments may need to be seen at another practice by one of our clinical team, however affected patients will be contacted as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some appointments may need to be rescheduled.

We have no power nor phones at either practice due to a main cable being cut through, we are unsure how long we will be without power or phones . Please bear with us. Thank you for your patience.
