Local runners Martin and glen have just had a treatment and are now driving to Heathrow and are flying to Sydney tonight and are both running Sydney marathon on Sunday so good luck to both of them

Well done to Millie today she’s knocked 4 mins off her 5k pb she got 30 mins today in hot weather all part of her preparation for Manchester marathon next April where she is raising money for Alzheimer’s which is close to us as her grandmother has it if any one can click on the link and donate a little money we would really appreciate it Thankyou

Me and Millie have secured places for Manchester marathon next year, can’t wait to run Millie’s first marathon with her and we are doing it for a good cause ahlzeimers society which Millie’s grandmother has. just got to get some miles in now Millie

Good luck to Chris Bradshaw of Sutton harriers running Manchester marathon on Sunday and good luck to all of my other clients that are running Manchester and London the following week there’s been lots of niggles and ups and downs for people in there training this year but everyone is ready to go at the start line nears
