✨Not enough patients are given advice on scar management yet scaring and adhesions can have long term consequences

✨ScarWork is a gentle manual therapy with techniques which improve tissue damage such as scarring, fibrosis and adhesions caused by surgery

Sarcoma can affect any part of the body.

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare scarcoma of the soft tissues such as muscles, tendons or cartilage. It is more common in teenagers than in adults.

Recognise the signs of scarcoma
A lump or swelling that is:
- Getting bigger
- Bigger than 5cm
- Painful and tender
