Breast Cancer Prevention Week is a reminder that early detection can make a life-saving difference.

Most breast changes won’t be cancer—but it’s always important to get them checked.

Know what’s normal for you and look out for:
• New lumps or swelling
• Changes in size or shape
• Skin changes or dimpling
• Ni**le changes or discharge

If something doesn’t feel right, contact your GP practice.

The NHS continues to expand accessible services, including BSL interpreters, hearing‑loop systems, and the NHS 111 BSL service.
