After three years of learning, dedication and determination, I am so proud to share that I am now officially Naomi Pegden CST-T, MCSS.
My two new certificates confirm that I have completed the Upledger Institute UK Core Curriculum and passed the Upledger Institute International Techniques Certification examination. This means my CST-T qualification is internationally recognised.
It has taken a lot of hard work to reach this point while running my business, caring for my clients and continuing my professional development, but it has been worth every step.
For my clients, this provides further reassurance that the care you receive is supported by extensive specialist training, assessed knowledge and recognised professional standards.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle treatment that may support people experiencing ongoing tension, stress, headaches, jaw discomfort, pain or a nervous system that struggles to slow down.
I am incredibly proud of how far I have come and excited to use everything I have learned to continue supporting clients of all ages.
If you have been curious about CranioSacral Therapy and would like to know whether it could be right for you, please send me a message or visit www.nptherapies.co.uk.

I came to the One Woman Conference not really knowing what to expect.

What I didn't expect was to find myself working on my nervous system, uncovering emotions that had been sitting quietly beneath the surface, and being reminded of just how much our bodies hold onto.

Last night's embodiment movement session with Susie Heath was powerful. It brought up emotions, memories and reflections I wasn't expecting, but it also brought clarity.

One thing that really stayed with me was a story shared by Joanna Martin about a big red dragon dropping a baby green dragon so it could learn to fly.

It reminded me that sometimes we need to let go of what we've been carrying, trust ourselves, and remember that we already have wings.

Life is precious. Life is short. We spend so much time waiting for the right moment to live fully, yet tomorrow is never guaranteed.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr Joanna Martin, Annie Stoker, Susie Heath and everyone involved in creating such a safe and supportive space to feel, process, heal and grow.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is give ourselves permission to feel what we've been carrying.

If you are feeling constantly switched on, mentally full, or as though your body never quite gets the message that it is safe to relax, you are not alone.

One simple thing to try today is this:

Pause for 60 seconds and lengthen your exhale.
Breathe in gently for 4, then out for 6 to 8.
Repeat for a few rounds.

A longer exhale can help signal safety to the nervous system, soften tension, and create a little more space in both body and mind.

That said, sometimes we need more than a quick tip.
We need intentional space to pause, breathe and properly reset.

That is exactly why I created The Evening Reset at Callow Hall Wildhive on 21st July.

It is designed for women who are carrying stress, fatigue and mental overload and want an evening to step out of doing, slow everything down, and reconnect with themselves in a calm, beautiful setting.

You can find out more here:

If this sounds like something your body and mind have been asking for, I would love to welcome you.
Spaces are intentionally limited.

Reset. Restore. Reconnect.

What will actually help me feel better, not just for an hour, but properly?
I think this is the question so many people are quietly asking.
Including myself at times.
We do not always say it out loud. Sometimes it sounds more like:
• I’m tired, but sleep is not fixing it
• My shoulders are always tight
• I cannot seem to switch off
• I feel like I’m holding everything together, but my body is starting to say no
• I’m fine, I just need to get through this
And I understand that feeling.
You can be capable, successful and deeply committed to everyone around you, yet still feel disconnected from yourself.
On the outside, life may look fine.
You are still working, showing up, managing responsibilities, supporting others and keeping everything moving.
But underneath, your body may be telling a different story.
It might feel like:
• tight shoulders or jaw tension
• a heavy, tired body
• poor sleep or waking unrefreshed
• brain fog or difficulty focusing
• feeling emotionally flat or easily overwhelmed
• being present for everyone else, but not really present with yourself
• needing rest, but not feeling restored by it
Often, these signs build slowly.
You adapt.
You push through.
You tell yourself it is just a busy season.
But sometimes the body needs more than a pause.
It needs to feel safe enough to soften.
It needs consistency.
It needs support that looks at the whole picture, not just the painful shoulder, tight jaw or aching back.
For me, bodywork is not just about easing tension while you are on the couch.
It is about listening to what your body has been trying to tell you for a while.
It is about creating space for your nervous system to settle, your breathing to change, your body to release, and your mind to feel clearer.
Because feeling better properly often starts with understanding that your body is not failing you.
It may simply be asking for more care, more space and more support than you have been allowing yourself.
So, when you feel stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected, where do you notice it first in your body?
Let me know in the comments.
