This week I’ve helped with…
Carpal tunnel syndrome, ankle sprain, infant feeding issues and reflux, helping with sports performance for an ultra marathon runner, healing with health anxiety and PMR, back ache, sciatica, shoulder injury, shoulder rehab in a swimmer, knee bursitis, fibromyalgia, migraines, cleft palate referral and that’s just a few!!

Hey! Apologies that I’ve been a bit quiet on here, to say it has been a busy start to the year is an understatement.

In January I stayed doing a day at Lichfield alongside my clinic days at Beehive, Rosliston and Melbourne, as well as holding a weekly yoga class. Alongside this I’ve been training for some ultra marathons, with the first one done up in the Peak District.

So my apologies again for being a bit quiet, I’ll try my best to get back on it!
