🎨 Play Therapy Services 🎨

We have some availability for our individual play therapy sessions.

Play therapy offers children a safe, creative space to explore and understand their thoughts and feelings. This means play therapy can help children who may need support with low self esteem/confidence, friendship difficulties, reluctance to attend school, loss, and bullying to name a few.

Our individual play therapy sessions offer weekly 1:1 sessions between a child and our play therapist (registered with PTUK). The relationship with the therapist provides a safe framework for exploration and self-understanding. Children can explore their feelings through creative mediums such as art, sand, role play, puppets and music.

If this sounds like something that can support a child you know, please contact us for more information - details in the photo.
