🤍 A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT MY NEW CANCELLATION POLICY 🤍
I completely understand that life happens. Plans change, children get poorly, work gets busy and sometimes things just can’t be helped.
But as a small, independent business, every appointment matters. My treatment room is my income and I rely on my bookings to support my family.
When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or someone doesn’t turn up, it can be very difficult for me to fill that space again. That means not only losing the appointment, but losing income that I genuinely rely on.
So, to protect my little business and keep things fair for everyone, I’ve had to introduce a cancellation policy.
✨ Please give me 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
✨ Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged at the full treatment price.
I truly don’t want to charge anyone — and I completely understand that genuine emergencies can happen. This policy isn’t about being difficult; it’s simply about protecting the time I’ve set aside especially for you.
