Reading ADHD Group are conducting a comminity needs assesment for Adult ADHD in and around the Thames Valley and are trying to get as many people as possible to fill out our survey.

The Ridgeline Trust is running summer holiday sessions for young people with SEND aged 12 to 19 who are accompanied by a parent/carer to enjoy gardening and connecting with nature, to help improve their mental health and wellbeing.
The sessions will take place between 10.30am and 12.30pm at Ridgeline's accessible garden, in Whiteknights Road, Reading, on the following dates: July 29 & 30, August 5 & 6, and August 12 & 13.
Places cost £15 per session or £75 for all six, if paid in advance.
