It’s time to celebrate as we move into Spring and Summer. Yippee!! ☀️🌅🌞And what better way to rebalance than with one of our popular Reset Ritual sessions. Three new dates now added! 30 April, 21 May and 18 June.

This is a 90 minute session designed to help you reconnect with your body through a carefully guided journey of heat and steam. Each session is designed to support deep relaxation, gentle release and a sense of renewal.

You’ll be guided through a series of calm sauna rounds, blending traditional sauna practices with a modern wellbeing focus.

It includes Lithuanian-inspired leaf whisking, salt body scrubs and aromatherapy, with time to rest and reset between rounds.

Open to all, the experience is led by the awesome founder Lou Berkhauer.
