A centre but so much more! While our principal therapy is Oxygen Therapy the Centre provides Bowen Therapy, Pilates and Social Events. Watch this space for more new exciting treatments coming soon! A place to come, to share experiences and be as involved as you choose. The Centre provides support, socialisation and a sense of belon

ging to all of our members, guests and volunteers. We care about your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health. We have seen the positive success Oxygen Therapy has had for MS, Diabetes, cancer, sports injuries, broken bones and most recently for Long Covid. Don’t take our word for it, just ask some of the famous footballers, elite athletes and motorsport champions who have come through our doors!

🚗 School’s back, which means the roads are getting busier again!

A little reminder to please allow plenty of extra time when travelling to your therapy session. Increased traffic can mean longer journeys, especially during school run times.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR SESSION.

Our policy is that we can only wait up to 5 minutes, and only if we know you are on your way and are nearby.

We are delighted to be one of the Mayor of Swanley’s chosen charities and invite you to join us for a very special morning at Lullingstone Castle & World Garden on Wednesday 7th October.

Explore the history and heritage of Lullingstone with:

🕚 10:45am – Arrival
🏰 11:00am – Guided tour of the Church & House
☕ 12:15pm – Afternoon tea in the marquee
🌺 1:00pm – Guided tour of the World Garden with Tom Hart D**e
