Balancing Harmony: Reflexology, Massage and Aromatherapy I am Emma 🌸 an Adult and Mental Health nurse 💐 who offers Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage from my garden room 🪴in Swanmore 🍄.

I offer a caring, compassionate service with a limited number of appointments avaliable each week 🌻DBS check I am a VCTC level 4 qualified therapist in both Reflexology and Aromatherapy. I am based within Wickham but can provide a mobile service cover the the Meon Valley, Wickham, Botley, Fareham, Portchester, Portsmouth, Waterlooville.Reflexology is a non intrusive complementary therapy suitable

for all ages which is based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body.It may help improve mood and sleep patterns, it may also aid relaxation and the release of tension. It may also improve wellbeing.Reflexology supports the whole person and each treatment is individually tailored. Massage has many benefits including improved circulation, improving lymphatic drainage, improved sense of well being and of course Aromatherapy massage is very relaxing! As an aromatherapist, I use bespoke blended essential oils during my treatments and can provide aromatherapy blends to use between treatments according to your individual needs.
