SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity) Awareness Month, 1st– 30th June

Each year in the UK, over 4,000 babies are stillborn or die within the first four weeks of life. SANDS provides vital services for anyone affected by baby loss and advocates for improved maternity care. SANDS Awareness Month is a time for national conversation, remembrance, and action, and there are lots of ways to get involved:

Fibromyalgia is a chronic illness which causes pain and fatigue. There are approximately three million suffers across the UK, but there is very little awareness of, or research into the condition, and the actual cause of fibromyalgia has not yet been found.
