Care Unity Care Unity is a reliable and trustworthy Domiciliary Care Agency within Swansea. I have over 10 years of experience within the care sector.

Starting my career as support workers and working our way up to management within Domiciliary care and Residential respectively. We are committed to meeting every individual’s needs and go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best support available. Putting all individuals at the centre of their care, giving them a strong voice in the service they will receive whilst supporting them to achieve their goals. We will support individuals to remain in their own home for as long as possible and if it is safe for them to do so and is aligned with their wishes. We will work closely with the individual, family and other health care professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is being delivered consistently.

Care Unity are looking for hard working individuals to provide care and support in peoples homes within Swansea.

⭐️ Care Unity is an award winning family care company 🏆

⭐️ Pay rates Monday to Friday: £13.47 per Hour 💷

⭐️ We pay enhanced rates on weekends: £13.97 💷 💷

⭐️ Additional £1.00 per hour for any overtime 💷 💷 💷

⭐️ We also pay full rates during travel & downtime

⭐️ We pay 55p per mile: 🛻

⭐️ You wont work across all of Swansea, you'll be based in a small area to minimise travel/ mileage 🌎

⭐️ Monthly raffle prizes for all team members funded by Care Unity 🎁

⭐️ Quarterly team activities/gatherings fully funded by Care Unity 🎳 🎱 ⛳🏌️‍♂️🌭🍔🍟

⭐️Answer: Care Unity is a small family run home care business. We are always pushing for great feedback from support staff, supported people, families, and inspectors.
We are not perfect but there again which care company is? We completely understand how difficult it can be working in the care sector but where we feel we stand out is we value the team who work hard with us to help us deliver high standards consistently.
We recently had an inspection which reflects just how positive and good we are as a care provider. We are looking forward to seeing the official inspection report and cant wait to share it on our website for people to read. ⭐️What we offer:

💥Pay Rate: Monday to Friday £13.47 per hour
💥Pay rate: Saturday & Sunday: £13.97 per hour
💥Any overtime: Additional £1.00 per hour
💥We pay the same rates for downtime/ travel time
💥Mileage: Paid 55p per mile (tax free)
💥We cover a small area of Swansea which means you wont be driving across the county.
💥Raffle: Free monthly raffle for all team members with prizes to be won
💥Rota: Rolling rota so you know what you are working months in advance
