Tomorrow 13th January we will see the first full moon of 2025. I can definitely feel the energy - I can't sleep at all.

This Full Moon is also known as Wolf Moon and the energy comes from the solar sign of Cancer.

Cancer is responsible for home energy, family energy and it will help us to resolve some conflicts, to sort out some family matters. There will be a lot of emotions so fasten your seatbelts for a few days. The Wolf will show us who is the loyal one. This is the time when we may realise that we are copying some family patterns. And it's time to break them up and live your life as you want it to be :)

October is a Domestic Violence Awareness. Last year 2.1 million people in England and Wales were a victim of domestic violence.

It takes strength to leave and even more strength to realise it's not you. You're not the 'mental' one here. It takes years to get back to life, not your survival mode.

You don't see your friends, you become isolated, because it's easier to control you by the other person. You lose yourself, the person you have been.
And it takes courage to speak up - because most of the time, your abuser is charming and nice outside your household and twists the plot so much no one believes you.

And if you think someone in your environment is ab*sed don't be afraid to speak up and help. Don't be afraid to risk offend - you may save someone's life. And remember one thing - people in domestic violence situation are ashamed and scared - even though they shouldn't be. They may come and ask for help beating around the bush. Read between the lines. Help and support.

Don't close your eyes, because the truth is uncomfortable.
