It’s been a fantastic week helping patients regain their confidence and mobility. Here’s a quick look at 5 of our standout cases over the last few days:

1️⃣ Acute Lower Back Spasms: Easing intense lumbar muscle tension to get our patient out of pain and moving comfortably again.

2️⃣ Post-Op Fracture Rehab: Guiding a patient through safe, structured manual treatment and rehabilitation following a lower leg (tibia and fibula) surgery. 🦴

3️⃣ Lower Limb Health Screening: A full mechanical check of the pelvis and legs! We assessed strength and joint range of motion, treated the tight areas, and built a targeted exercise plan to keep them moving well. 🦵

4️⃣ Shoulder (Rotator Cuff) Tear: Managing pain and starting early, safe rehab for a recent supraspinatus injury while the patient awaits their ultrasound scan. We don't just wait; we prep the area for optimal healing. 🩺

It’s been a week of complex cases here at Serenity Holistics. We love the challenge of figuring out the mechanics of an injury and building a solid roadmap to get our patients back to moving freely.

Here is the rundown of the top 5 conditions we’ve been treating over the last few days:

Working hard to unstick that stubborn joint capsule, manage the pain, and gradually restore that lost range of motion.

2️⃣ CMC Arthroplasty Failure

What a weekend of rugby! An unbelievable treble for Bonymaen! 🏉🏆

This was the calm before the storm in the medical room up at The Gnoll on Saturday. Serenity was incredibly proud to be on duty and running the bag for a historic day for the club.

Massive congratulations to the boys on an absolute sweep:

First Team: Promoted! 📈
Athletics: Promoted! 📈
Youth Team: Cup Winners! 🏆

It takes serious grit, hard work, and proper recovery to push through a season and get results like this across the board. Keeping the lads taped up, patched up, and moving was an absolute privilege on such a huge occasion.

Doing the London Marathon is one thing. Doing it backward, starting at midnight, with a blown knee? That’s a whole different ball game. 🏃‍♂️💨🏅

We see a lot of grit at Serenity Holistics, but this patient's weekend effort is completely off the charts.
