In his Osteopathic approach Stephen focuses on the patient’s specific needs, with techniques that encompass structural, cranial and visceral osteopathy. Stephen works closely with patients to establish the most beneficial treatment plan to restore health and wellbeing. Stephen graduated from the European School Of Osteopathy with an integrated Masters degree. He has experience in treating people o

f a variety of ages and body types. In a relaxed professional environment a thorough assessment is carried out with sensitivity, always followed by a complete explanation of the diagnosis and treatment plan. Stephen qualified as a Thai massage therapist at the Kathmandu Centre of Healing in 2004. He has travelled extensively and continues regular visits to South India, where he trains in the ancient martial art and treatment system (Ayurveda) of Kalaripayattu. Stephen has been teaching Yoga for 10 years and is the Vice Principal of Kent-based Yoga Teacher training organisation, The Victor Foundation. His experience in teaching yoga and therapies inspires his holistic approach. Stephen appreciates the joy of family life and spends much of his free time with his wife and new baby girl.
