🕒 Cancellations – We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need of care.
⏰ Late Arrivals – Please arrive on time. Unfortunately, we may need to shorten your treatment if you’re late, to avoid affecting the next client.
📋 Consultation Forms – If you’re sent a consultation form, please complete it before your visit so we can dedicate your full session to your treatment.
