Hello September 🍂🍁
September has quietly rolled in on us, gently beginning our journey back to our inner world through the next few months.

September brings the changing of the season, the slowing down of time from the high energy months, reinstating routines - perhaps children going back to school and life returning to a more balanced state.

September brings the beginning of reflection and assimilation of the Summer and begins to show us the beauty in death and rebirth cycles.

The trees begin the process of shedding their leaves by first letting them die in ecstatic beauty with the changing of colours.

We too, can do what the trees do, connect with yourself, take forward what serves you, trust the process, let die what needs to go, the spring always comes again and you are always guided on this journey.

The Summer will have delivered you new energy, take this month to assimilate & integrate it. Trust in the comfort of the transition to darker nights, cooler days, and more time with yourself.

September is weaving the start of the comfort blanket you'll need for the wintering months. She is here to throw is over your shoulders and hold you. 🍂

The ber months begin to whisper their way in.

Summer slowly loosens its grip. The evenings begin to curl in around us, the air carries a little more crispness, and somewhere within, we begin to feel the gentle pull towards home.

Not just home as a place…

…but home within ourselves. 🤎

After a season of outwardness, adventure, sunshine and doing, September offers us a beautiful invitation to pause, soften and turn inward.

To light the candles.
To pull on the cosy socks.
To make soup and wrap ourselves in blankets.
To listen a little more closely to what our body, heart and soul have been quietly asking for.

🌕🌊 THE PORTAL HAS CLOSED
... BUT THE MAGIC DOESN'T HAVE TO. NOW WE INTEGRATE. 🌊🌕

Last night brought the closing of the 12–28 August eclipse window, alongside the Pisces Full Supermoon - a potent little cosmic punctuation mark at the end of a month that may have stirred more beneath the surface than you realised.

Eclipse seasons are often viewed as times of change, endings and beginnings. And Pisces brings us into softer territory - intuition, emotion, surrender, compassion, dreams and the parts of ourselves that don't always speak in neat sentences.

But perhaps the invitation isn't to do more.

Perhaps it's simply to listen.

To notice what has shifted.
What feels lighter.
What you're no longer willing to carry.
What your body has been trying to tell you.
What your heart keeps quietly returning to.

🌿 Maybe something is ready to be released.
🌿 Maybe something is asking to be nurtured.
🌿 Maybe you're simply being reminded that you don't need to have the whole path mapped out before taking the next step.

Because the magic isn't always in the big transformation.

Sometimes it's in the quiet moments afterwards.

The exhale.
The boundary.
The tears that finally move.
The unexpected clarity.
The decision to choose yourself a little more gently.

The eclipse window may have closed, but integration takes its own sweet time.

So today, rather than rushing towards the next thing, perhaps give yourself permission to simply be here.

Feet on the earth.
Heart open.
Nervous system softening.
Trusting that what is meant to unfold doesn't always need to be forced.

✨ You don't need to chase the next version of you.

Sometimes the journey within is simply remembering the person you've been all along.

And perhaps that's the real invitation beneath this moon:

Release what isn't yours.
