A gentle space for children to pause, connect, heal and shine from within 💛

Through Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, Nervous System Reset sessions, Ceremony and our Glow Within Children's Circle, children are supported to build confidence, emotional resilience, self-awareness and inner calm.

🌈 Perfect for children who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, sensitive, struggling with confidence, or simply needing a nurturing space to be themselves.

If you've been feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect with yourself, move through something you're carrying, or simply create space to be held and heard, I'd love to welcome you.

These sessions are always shaped around what you need most and can include Reiki, sound healing, meditation, talking therapies, coaching, oracle card readings, or a private ceremony.

Sessions are available for both children and adults.

🐾 Animal Reiki – Gentle Energy Healing for Your Beloved Companion 🐾

Animals are naturally sensitive to energy and often receive Reiki with an openness that can be truly remarkable. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing therapy that supports physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing, helping animals relax, restore balance and find comfort. Reiki is offered as a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for veterinary care.

With experience working with horses, dogs, cats and small animals, I offer Reiki sessions tailored to your animal's individual needs.

Animal Reiki may help:
✨ Reduce stress, anxiety and nervous behaviour
✨ Support emotional healing after trauma, rescue or major life changes
✨ Encourage relaxation and a sense of wellbeing
✨ Provide comfort for chronic pain conditions such as arthritis and age-related discomfort
✨ Support recovery alongside veterinary treatment
✨ Promote calmness during challenging situations and transitions

One of the most beautiful ways Reiki can help is during end-of-life care. For palliative pets, those facing serious illness, or when the difficult decision has been made to let them go peacefully, Reiki can offer comfort, calm, relaxation and loving support for both the animal and their family during this precious time.

Every animal is unique and precious, and sessions are guided by their comfort and willingness to receive the energy. You are welcome to be present for the session if you wish.
