d body experience for my clients. Treatments accelerate the healing of physical injuries, de-stress the mind and body to reduce the symptoms of a range of common ailments. Treatments promote a sense of both physical and mental well being while reducing life’s stresses and tensions, guiding you towards your own unique vitality. My aim is to facilitate and to promote optimum physical, mental and emotional well being. Through powerful, but gentle yoga practice and nurturing massage treatments using remedial and therapeutic techniques my prime aim is to alleviate your pain, improve your stress levels and support your health and well being.
