We are thrilled to announce that our incredible Care Assistant, Clare, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Community Care Front Line category at the Care & Support West Awards 2026!

Clare has been part of the Right at Home Swindon family for almost nine years and, throughout that time, has made an extraordinary difference to the lives of countless clients, families and colleagues.

Known for her kindness, compassion and unwavering dedication, Clare consistently goes above and beyond to support those in her care. Whether she is helping a client through a challenging time, supporting new carers as they begin their journey, or working alongside healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes, Clare always puts others first.

Her person-centred approach, particularly when supporting people living with dementia, has helped many clients maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Clare builds meaningful relationships based on trust, patience and understanding, ensuring every client feels valued, respected and supported.

From small acts of kindness to life-changing moments of support, Clare embodies everything that exceptional community care should be. We are incredibly proud to see her dedication recognised and could not think of a more deserving finalist.
