I am looking at doing a 6 week course of seated exercise at Washbourne House Therapy Centre in Wroughton on a Monday evening. Possible start dates are the 7th or 14th November 2022.

There is no current evening seated classes in the area at all. So will suit those that work in the day, or want to do something in the evenings.

Class will be very similar to the seated class I taught at Alexandra House - The Venues Collection before they stopped their classes. And will include cardio, strength, mobility, Pilates & more.

The Washbourne house studio is up stairs, with 2 handrails but no lift, so you will need to be able to manage stairs.

I am just seeing who would be interested in this? Please let us know below 👇
Spaces will be limited due to studio size but I will only run if I get enough people interested / booked on.
It will be sold as a block of 6 classes. With payment up front at time of booking! Price is a discounted price of £30 per course per person.

I am a fully qualified seated exercise instructor, and I’m also qualified to work with those with neurological conditions, health conditions & / or a disability.
