Yesterday was a lovely lunch catching up with three wonderful friends. It’s so nice when you can just sit, chat, laugh and pick up where you left off.

And today is another one of those lovely days — a walk with a friend, a coffee and a catch-up, and then off to watch a film with another friend.

It’s made me realise how much the simple things mean. Time together, good conversations, laughter and having people around you who make you feel happy and supported.

Life isn’t always about the big things. Sometimes it’s these ordinary little moments that make it feel really special. ❤️

Feeling very grateful for the lovely people in my life. ✨

Today I’m heading back to Salisbury for another day of training.

One of the things I love about working in complementary therapy is that there is always more to learn.

Every course gives me something new — a different way of understanding the body, energy and the connection between the two.

And for me, continuing to learn isn’t just about adding another qualification to my list.

It’s about being able to offer my clients the very best of what I can.

So today, I’m putting my therapist hat back on, being a student again, and seeing what unfolds. 💫

Never stop learning. Never stop being curious. ❤️

🌿 3 signs your body might be asking you to slow down…

Sometimes our body whispers before it shouts.

✨ You feel tired even after resting.
✨ You’re more irritable or emotional than usual.
✨ You feel tense, restless or like you just can’t switch off.

These can be little reminders to pause and check in with yourself.

Take a breath.
Put your phone down.
Go outside.
Have a quiet cup of tea.
Give yourself permission to do nothing for a while. 🤍

Your body is always communicating with you.

Today’s solar eclipse is a beautiful reminder that sometimes we need a little darkness before we can see things differently.

We’re so busy doing, caring and carrying everything for everyone else that we forget to stop and ask:

How am I feeling?
What am I ready to release?
What would I like to make space for?

You don’t need all the answers.

Sometimes simply pausing, breathing and coming back into yourself is enough. 🤍

Our bodies are very good at letting us know when we need to slow down.
