Did you know we offer 1-1 Private Sessions?

Ideal for injury recovery, beginners, addressing muscle tension, mental health support, to deepen your practice, or building strength/flexibility.

Tailored sessions for you using our expertise in yoga, Pilates or sound healing to really meet your needs.

1-1 sessions are a great way to carve out time to slow down, nurture your wellbeing and connect with your mind and body.

With the privacy of 1 1’s, we give you our full attention, guidance and support, which will lead to a higher quality experience for you.

In the notes on your booking, please include the following details:
- Goals/what you would like to work on in the session
- What style of yoga/pilates (if known)
- Whether you’d like sound healing included
- Anything else you’d like included, e.g.- meditation, breathwork
- Any injuries/pregnancies

We look forward to working on your goals together🌱✨

An extended gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest (savasana) accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.

Taking time to reset after the week just gone by, so you can leave feeling refreshed and rested to go into your weekend.

We'll be gathering on the night of the Aries new moon, a powerful first new moon of the astrological new year, a time where we are invited to pause, reflect and set intentions.

All welcome, no experience necessary.
