Looking for a new hobby or activity in a welcoming, dementia friendly environment?
Humphrey Booth Resource Centre offers a range of activities for people with dementia and their carers, led by our fantastic Aspire 2 Age Better volunteers. Whether you enjoy music, gentle exercise, games or getting creative, there's something to look forward to each week.
Our dementia friendly café is also open Monday to Friday, 9am till 2pm, serving homemade meals and refreshments, perfect before or after your activity.

Monday
Aspire Choir – 1.30pm to 2.30pm
Tuesday
Quiz with John – 10.30am to 12pm
Wednesday
Music and Dance with Dementia – 11am to 12pm
Kurling – 1.45pm to 2.45pm
Tai Chi – 3pm to 3.30pm
Thursday
Bingo and Dominoes – 10.30am to 12pm
Chair Based Exercises – 1.45pm to 2.45pm
Friday
Acrylic Painting – 1pm to 3pm
