This is so well deserved as Vicki is passionate when it comes to providing exceptional social care. Every day Vicki puts her heart and soul into the well-being of our lovely clients and hard working care professionals. Vicki always ensures the entire team is happy and every client receives the very best care, at all times🙏

We shall be cheering Vicki on and keeping everything crossed that her efforts are rewarded and she comes home clutching this award on October the 6th 🎉

It really was a fun day at with our friends at Manor this week 🎉🎉

They kindly invited me to their fun day in aid of Age UK 🥰and the coffee was freshly brewed and cakes were delicious 😋

Winning a raffle prize really did put the cherry on top 🥰

✨ THANK YOU FRIDAY – THIS ONE IS FOR ALL OF YOU! ✨

This week, we’re doing things a little differently… because this Thank You Friday belongs to our WHOLE TEAM! 💙👏

It’s been one of those weeks! We’ve had sickness 🤧, family emergencies ❤️, and, of course, the dreaded car troubles 🚗💥… because apparently life decided we needed a little extra excitement!

But despite all of this, our amazing team has pulled together and shown exactly what it means to be Exceptional People. 🌟

We’ve seen people offering to pick up extra visits, changing plans, helping colleagues, stepping in where needed and doing whatever they can to make sure our wonderful clients continue to receive the care, support and reassurance they deserve.

And that's what makes us so proud.

When things get tough, you don't just think about yourselves – you think about each other and the people we support. You find solutions, you help one another, and you keep going.

It may not always be easy, and we know that the last-minute changes can be challenging, but the way you have all supported each other this week has been incredible. 💙

So this week, there isn't just one name on our Thank You Friday list…

It's EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU! 🥰👏
