☺️💙☕️ June WalkAndTalk ☕️💙☺️

Since starting my walks in March, this was the first solo one. And you know what.. that's okay! I got to show up for me and absorb all the nature, all the light and be able to take from it what I needed.

Whenever I'm low I can always count on nature to be the constant. I'm not saying it shows me the way everytime but it gives me the room I need to breathe, always!

How do you feel when you step into nature?

Afternoon Mates 😊💙☕️

Our June WalkAndTalk with Katrina is tomorrow!!

John Merricks' Lake at King Lears, Syston
Sunday 2nd June at 11am

We will be meeting in the John Merricks' car park. I will wait until 11.15am for everyone to arrive before leaving the car park to ensure we don't leave anyone behind.

Everyone is welcome! Come and join our safe space with no judgements and a friendly face 😊 don't forget to bring a water bottle with you, if you wish and to wear some comfortable shoes.

It is optional for anyone who would like to meet for drinks or a spot of lunch afterwards. There is also a coffee van at John Merricks' Lake for those who wish to grab a warm drink.

Look out for me, I will be wearing a black hoodie and my bright yellow landyard.

Breakfast fit for a Queen 👑

I am not even a breakfast person but waking up and realising I bought blueberry pancakes, chocolate sauce and strawberries yesterday definitely put a smile on my face this morning!

Thought of the day - if it makes you happy. Do it 💙 don't compromise your happiness for anything!

Today was the day! 😊💙☕️ our first WalkAndTalk with Katrina!

What a beautiful morning it was, the sun was shining, was providing the coffee and cake, and me and my lovely friend had a walk around King Lears with her gorgeous doggies 🐕
