My approach isn’t everybody’s cup of tea and that’s ok! If you don’t want a responsive sleep coach that asks a lot of questions and works with you to put together a sleep plan that’s as unique as your little one is then that’s fine, you can move along!

For some reason we seem to think that how our babies sleep are some kind of marker as to how we are as parents, but I’m here to remind you that most of the time, the difference between how one baby sleeps vs another is temperament based!

Our little people aren’t robots. They are tiny humans with their own personality and needs!

So stop comparing - you’re doing your very best! 💜

Say it with me: babies are human beings & not robots!

So whilst advice like this might work for *some* babies, it’s never going to work for all! (especially the eye contact thing… please don’t do that!) So if what you’re doing is working for you, then crack on!
