A surprise early entry for our Anatomy Art Prize arrived in clinic today. A young and super-talented Alice is an early contender for the Under-18 ‘big cash prize’ with her entry ‘ Spinal Cord’.

There’s still loads of time to get an entry in with the closing date 10th September.

It’s again! Last Saturday I finally had a free moment to go and experience sugar_york. For those who don’t know this quirky but perfectly formed bakery cm Saturday-morning-only-coffee-shop opposite the bus station is well worth a visit. Awesome coffee, the best almond croissant ever and a cracking sourdough loaf!

Today marked the official start of my ‘ultra hiatus’ & my ‘Roady secondment’ as I prep for the York Marathon in October. Pleased to get my 4th quickest 10k and 1st time under 40mins in 3 years at the I’m not normally a fan of 10k distance but really enjoyed today! runforall RUN FOR ALL
