- who underwent surgical menopause at the age of 28
Here's how I manage joint pain and the musculoskeletal challenges associated with menopause.

- Mobility Matters:
Move your joints for 10 minutes daily to enhance range of motion and control.

- Schedule Your Exercise:
Treat your health as a priority. Even 10 minutes of focused movement can make a difference.

- Add Resistance Training (2-3x/week):
Strengthen muscles and tendons by lifting for 30 minutes.

- Focus on Inflammation:
With declining estrogen, be intentional with movement to combat inflammation.

- Incorporate Bodywork:
Utilise myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other techniques for better mobility and pain relief.
