In amongst the wild storms last week these beauties were birthed on the Full Hunter's Moon, one large Reindeer on a stunning Rosewood frame hides quietly at the back her true colours only to be revealed to her guardian once she arrives in Australia.

In the front a smaller 14" Red Deer Drum with gorgeous markings begins to call in her keeper through the ether from the wider world, who will hear her call I wonder?

Together they now rest in the drying shed, awaiting their final touches in the coming weeks.

This past weekend on this year's Celtic Tree Journey, we transitioned from the Hazel into the Apple Moon, continuing our deep transformative exploration of the Celtic Trees and their energies.

I've shared my musings on my connection to Hazel over the last moon and their wonderful medicine blessings that we can all connect with 🌳💚

As we move into autumn I'm also un-latching the door for early enrolment on the immersive Celtic Tree Journey and a special offer is available for early bird enrolees before the end of September - so pop me a DM or comment below if that is calling you and I will get back to you.

Having a wonderful time here at .
After a blustery morning yesterday stopped ‘play’ for a while today the drums have been calling in their guardians and we’ve been having the most wonderful meetings with like minded sisters.

My drum prayers for these days of Lunar and Calendar Lammas/Lughnasadh are now resting in the drying shed awaiting their finishing touches.
Firstly a dark Red Deer Drum birthed on Lunar Lammas on the Oak full moon has the most striking markings on its hide almost like cave paintings, and carries a real ancestor energy about her.
And today's prayer - an unusual hide for me but one that called loudly to me to be birthed this calendar day of first harvest, Goat hide on an 18" Oak wood frame.
Both have matching song callers on storm fallen wood from an ancient Oak tree here in Argyll.
